01
A platform built to convert
Wayfind Trips is a travel agency specialising in Bali and Andaman holiday experiences. Externo built their complete web platform with a single, clear objective: turn organic search and paid traffic into consistent daily enquiries. This was never a brochure site — it was a lead engine from the first line of the brief.
We developed the full website and, on top of it, an extended layer of SEO-driven pages — offer pages, keyword-targeted destination pages and campaign landing pages built specifically to support Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Every channel the business invests in has a purpose-built page to convert against.
The interface was designed to feel clean, considered and effortless to move through, with content and technical structure optimised for search from the day it launched. Just as important was how it was engineered — to run reliably for years with next to no upkeep.
A travel brand that was invisible online, given a platform where every channel has its own page to convert against — and the search presence to be found in the first place.
02
A new brand, unseen in search
A new travel brand starts with a hard disadvantage: nobody is searching for it by name, and the destinations it sells — Bali, the Andamans — sit among the most competitive keywords in travel. Being merely present online does nothing. Wayfind needed to be found, and then to convert the people who found it.
Paid media makes that harder before it makes it easier. Sending Google, Meta and LinkedIn traffic to a generic homepage wastes the spend — each audience arrives with a different intent, and a single catch-all page speaks to none of them well. The platform had to give every campaign a page built for exactly the offer and intent behind it.
And it had to last. A small travel business cannot afford a website that needs constant fixing or a developer on call. The brief quietly carried a demanding engineering standard: build something that runs error-free, at effectively zero maintenance cost, for years.
03
A page for every intent
We built the site and its search layer together rather than treating SEO as an afterthought. The core website carries the brand and the destinations; around it sits a deliberate set of pages — offers, destination keywords and campaign landing pages — each written and structured for the specific search or ad that brings a visitor to it.
The design goal throughout was effortless movement: a clean, considered interface that carries a visitor from interest to enquiry without friction, on any device. The principles that held it together:
- Every channel gets a purpose-built page to convert against
- SEO structured in from launch, not retrofitted later
- Keyword-targeted destination pages for Bali and the Andamans
- Campaign landing pages tuned to Google, Meta and LinkedIn intent
- A clean, effortless path from interest to enquiry
- Engineered to run error-free with near-zero maintenance
04
One site, many front doors
The result is one platform with many front doors. Organic visitors land on destination and offer pages built to rank; paid visitors land on campaign pages built to match the ad they clicked. However someone arrives, the page they reach is the right one — and the route from there to an enquiry is short and clear.
Underneath, the platform was engineered to be dependable and cheap to own: it has run error-free across several years of continuous use, with no reactive fixes or performance intervention needed in that time. What we delivered:
- A complete, SEO-first website for the brand and its destinations
- Keyword-targeted destination pages for Bali and the Andamans
- Offer pages and campaign landing pages for paid media
- Purpose-built pages for Google, Meta and LinkedIn Ads
- A clean, considered interface optimised for conversion
- A zero-maintenance build that has stayed error-free for years
05
Leads, every single day
The platform gave a brand-new business credible search presence almost immediately after going live, and it has kept performing since. Today it generates a steady stream of enquiries across every channel it feeds:
- A steady 100 to 150 leads per day across channels
- Credible search presence established almost immediately at launch
- A purpose-built landing page behind every ad channel
- Error-free operation across several years of continuous use
- Effectively zero maintenance cost since launch
- No reactive fixes or performance intervention required

Built to run itself
Wayfind set out to turn traffic into enquiries, day in and day out — and the platform does exactly that. By giving every channel its own page and building for search from the ground up, a new brand went from unknown to consistently found and consistently booked.
What makes it stand out is how little it asks in return. The same platform that brings in 100 to 150 leads a day has run for years without reactive fixes or a maintenance bill — reliability designed in, not bolted on.
The result is a lead engine the business can depend on: credible in search, sharp on every campaign, and quietly dependable underneath. A website that keeps working long after launch — which, for a growing travel brand, is the whole point.
